About
About Me
At 72 years old, I find myself at a crossroads that many retirees will recognize. After decades of working, moving through careers, and navigating the ups and downs of life, I’ve reached a stage where my time is abundant but my resources are limited.
Retirement was supposed to be a time of rest, yet the reality of inflation and rising costs has made it clear that sitting still isn’t an option. I still have energy, skills, and a determination to contribute — and that’s why I’m rebuilding my online business.
Senior Warrior Philosopher
A self-directed individual who trains body, mind, and character—without dogma, without gurus, without permission.
A Senior Warrior Philosopher trains for clarity, resilience, and freedom—alone if necessary.
My journey is not about clinging to the past, but about embracing a new chapter. I believe in resilience and in the power of reinvention.
The name Phoenix72 captures that spirit: rising from the ashes, starting fresh, and proving that age is not a barrier but a badge of experience. I’ve lived through change before, and I know that beginnings can happen at any point in life.
“It’s never too late to rise again. The ashes of yesterday can fuel tomorrow’s rise.”

- “What actually works for me?”
Philosophy (Action Over Ideology)
